·Takes about 3-4 hours ——————————$100 per computer
Includes:
· Troubleshoot 1 computer,
· Remove all viruses, spyware, malware and rootkits on the computer,
· Test operating system for proper functionality,
· Perform operating system critical updates,
· Apply system tweaks and modifications.
Data Recovery:
· Takes about 2-4 Hours ————————-$50
Includes:
· Complete comprehensive evaluation of storage media,
· The transfer of any and/or all data that is recoverable to an alternate storage media,
· The restoration of any and/or all data to the original storage media if desired.
Software Installation:
· Time frame varies depending on software ————- $10 per/title
Includes:
· Determine computer compatibility for, install/repair and configure 1 software title
· Perform necessary software updates
· Create desktop, start menu and quick launch bar access shortcuts
· Software NOT included
Network Troubleshooting:
· Takes about 1-2 Hours ————————-$50
· Testing Network Interface Card (NIC) (wired and wireless)
· Verifying and testing router and/or modem settings
· Testing router and/or modem
