Software Installation:

· Determine computer compatibility for, install/repair and configure 1 software title
· Perform necessary software updates
· Create desktop, start menu and quick launch bar access shortcuts
· Software NOT included
Network Install and configuration:
· Takes about 30—60 mins ———————— $50
Includes:
· CONSULTATION—A technician will come to your home, review your existing technology and discuss your technology needs. The tecchnician will provide you with personalized recommendations to help you do everything you want on your wireless network.
· INSTALLATION—The technician will install your router and wirelessly connect all devices, such as computers, game systems, Internet-enabled home theater equipment and more. Once finished, you'll be able to securely share files and Internet throughout your home. (There is no limit to the number of devices you can have connected with this package.)
· EDUCATION—Once everything is set up, the technician will show you how it all works and help you familiarize yourself with how to use it.
· ONGOING SUPPORT—Even after the technician leaves we will still answer all of your questions by phone at no additional cost.
· Hardware not included.
New Computer Setup and Configuration:
· Time frame varies depending on software and system — $50 per/system
Includes:
· Install and configure antivirus software. (We will assist you in purchasing an adequate software if needed.)
· Perform system updates
· Enable basic security functions, including anti-phishing and pop-up blocking activation in Internet Explorer
· Removal of unwanted programs and trial-ware
· Creation of desired user accounts
· Test and verify PC hardware and software functionality
· Recovery disc creation (you provide the blank media)
· Install all other software that you have for this computer
· Hardware and Software not included
