Hardware Install:

Includes:
· We will install any internal or external PC component (ex. such as a graphics card, hard drive, optical drive, MP3 player, printer or scanner)
· Configure it for added convenience.
Memory Install:
· Takes about 30 mins ———————— $15
Includes:
· We will install an internal stick of memory to your laptop or desktop.
· Hardware not included.
Network Install and configuration:
· Takes about 30—60 mins ———————— $50
Includes:
· CONSULTATION—A technician will come to your home, review your existing technology and discuss your technology needs. The tecchnician will provide you with personalized recommendations to help you do everything you want on your wireless network.
· INSTALLATION—The technician will install your router and wirelessly connect all devices, such as computers, game systems, Internet-enabled home theater equipment and more. Once finished, you'll be able to securely share files and Internet throughout your home. (There is no limit to the number of devices you can have connected with this package.)
· EDUCATION—Once everything is set up, the technician will show you how it all works and help you familiarize yourself with how to use it.
· ONGOING SUPPORT—Even after the technician leaves we will still answer all of your questions by phone at no additional cost.
· Hardware not included.
Network Troubleshooting:
· Takes about 1-2 Hours ————————-$50
Includes:
· Testing Network Interface Card (NIC) (wired and wireless)
· Verifying and testing router and/or modem settings
· Testing router and/or modem
